The invention relates to a method for enzymatically preparing (S)-1-(1-naphthyl)ethylamine. The invention adopts macroporous resin to absorb lipase B of Candida antarctica, and then cross-links with glutaraldehyde to obtain immobilized lipase B of Candida antarctica. With immobilized lipase as catalyst, toluene as solvent, ethyl acetate as acyl donor, (S)-1-(1-naphthyl) acetoxime is selectively esterified, and (R)-1-( 1-naphthyl) ethylamine is not esterified, and racemization takes place under the effect of racemization catalyst and hydrogen. In the present invention, the immobilized Candida antarctica lipase B can completely convert 1-(1-naphthyl) acetoxime into (S)-1-(1-naphthyl) ethylaminoethyl ester at a higher temperature, The reaction has the characteristics of short reaction time and high optical purity of the product. |
