The method includes the steps that N-benzyl-2-phenylmethoxy morpholine is synthesized from 2-hydroxyl-3-benzyloxy-N-benzyl-1-propylamine and 1-chlorine-2-bromoethane through a one-step method, dropwise adding a mixed solution of 1-bromo-2-chloroethane and methyl alcohol to 2-hydroxyl-3-benzyloxy-N-benzyl-1-propylamine through a constant-pressure dropping funnel within half an hour, conducting reaction for 12 h at room temperature, and conducting heating till backflow for 6 h. By synthesizing N-benzyl-2-phenylmethoxy morpholine through the one-step method in the synthesis method, the yield is high, the production process is simpler and more rapid, production devices are simplified and reduced, reaction condition controllability is strong, reaction steps are simplified, reaction conditions are mild, and large-scale production is easy.
