abstract |
The invention discloses a mutant of chitin deacetylase, which belongs to the technical field of bioengineering. The invention mutates the 52nd valine V into glycine G and the 66th proline P into serine S in the chitin deacetylase of obligate marine actinomycetes Salinispora arenicola. Compared with before mutation, the specific activity of the mutant enzyme was 3.92 times that of the wild-type enzyme. The chitin deacetylase provided by the invention is more suitable for the needs of industrial production and meets the requirements of social production. |
