abstract The invention discloses a special fire-resistant insulation material for net cables. The special fire-resistant insulation material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-60 parts of polypropylene resin, 25-30 parts of phenol propane epoxy resin, 25-30 parts of vinyl triethoxy silane, 8-12 parts of nano-zinc oxide, 8-12 parts of dodecamoyl peroxide, 8-12 parts of zinc stearate, 8-12 parts of aluminum triphosphate, 4-10 parts of diatom powder, 15-25 parts of trimethylol propane trimethacrylate, 2-8 parts of silicone and 15-25 parts of filling master batch. The insulation material disclosed by the invention has excellent fire-resistant and flame-resistant performances, and has certain explosion-proof performance; moreover, the insulation material is unlikely to bubble under a negative pressure environment and is unlikely to be deformed under a high pressure environment; and moreover, the insulation material is poor in heat conduction performance, is extremely suitable for being taken as a net cable insulation skin, and can protect the work of cable cores extremely well.
