titleOfInvention | A kind of melt-spun pinches composite modified superhigh molecular polyethylene blend composition and preparation method thereof with molten |
abstract | The present invention relates to a kind of melt-spun composite modified superhigh molecular polyethylene blend compositions and preparation method thereof, it is characterized in that, composition and the weight percent for preparing this kind of composite modified system material are as follows: 2~15% high density polyethylene (HDPE) (HDPE) or other medium molecular weight polyvinyls (such as LDPE are added in the polyethylene powders of 85~98% weight average molecular weight 80~5,000,000, LLDPE etc.) one or more of it is compound, as main modifying agent;0.02~2% stearate (or PE wax) class is auxiliary modifier, and adds 0.05~1% antioxidant.Material after being sufficiently mixed is heated, is plasticized and is kneaded using extruding machine with two screw rods engaging in the same direction by (1);(2) material in above-mentioned (1) is input to and is pre-processed in kettle under certain temperature, pressure, shearing and inert gas shielding, progress is sufficiently molten to pinch, and the UHMWPE for obtaining preferably melting spinnability, which melts, pinches compound material. |
