abstract | The invention relates to a synthetic method of a narrow band gap terpolymer solar cell donor material of which the structural formula is as shown in the description. The method comprises the following steps that 1, 4,7-dibromo-5,6-difluoro-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole and 3-hexylthiophene-2-boronic acid pinacol ester are adopted for reacting, and 5,6-difluoro-4,7-bis(3-hexylthiophene-2-yl)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole is obtained; 2, 5,6-difluoro-4,7-bis(3-hexylthiophene-2-yl)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole and N-bromosuccinimide are adopted for reacting, and 4,7-bis(5-bromine-3-hexylthiophene-2-yl)-5,6-difluoro-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole is obtained; 3, 4,8-bis[(2-ethylhexyl)oxyl]benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']2'-bithiophene and trimethyltin chloride are adopted for reacting, and 2,6-bis(trimethyltin)-4,8-bis[(2-ethylhexyl)oxyl]benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']2'-bithiophene is obtained; 4, 2,6-bis(trimethyltin)-4,8-bis[(2-ethylhexyl)oxyl]benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']2'-bithiophene and 4,7-bis(5-bromine-3-hexylthiophene-2-yl)-5,6-difluoro-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole and 1,3-dibromo-5-ethylhexyl-4H-thieno[3,4-C]pyrrole-4,6(5H)-diketone are adopted for reacting, and the material is obtained.
