abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a citric-acid-based photocuring prepolymer, and aims to provide a method for synthesizing a photocuring resin from a main raw material citric acid which has the advantages of wide sources, low price and environment friendliness. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out esterification reaction on the main compound citric acid to synthesize a functional monomer, and modifying the monomer to synthesize the photocuring resin. Abundant citric acid is utilized in the resin, so that the synthesized resin has lower price and higher functionality; and thus, the photocured coating has higher hardness, higher glossiness and the like. The resin is also modified by the polyurethane and epoxy resin, and thus, has favorable water resistance, adhesive force and the like, so that the coating has wider application range. |
