titleOfInvention Hyodeoxycholic acid extraction method
abstract The invention discloses a hyodeoxycholic acid extraction method and relates to the field of biochemical pharmacy. The method comprises 1, saponifying bile acid, saponifying leftover through an alkali, adjusting pH, carrying out ethyl acetate extraction and carrying out active carbon decoloring, 2, concentrating a mother liquor to an appropriate volume, carrying out precipitation, separating the precipitates and drying the precipitates to obtain a hyodeoxycholic acid crude product, 3, esterifying the crude product, carrying out an addition reaction process on the esterification product and benzene and separating a methyl hyodeoxycholanate-benzene addition product according to different solubility degrees of different bile acid methyl ester-benzene addition products in benzene, 4, decomposing the addition product through an alkali and adjusting pH to obtain a hyodeoxycholic acid pure product and 5, further extracting the high-value chenodeoxycholic acid from the mother liquor. The method has the advantages of rich and easily available raw materials, environmental friendliness, safety, no toxicity, low cost, high product purity and industrial large-scale production.
