titleOfInvention Composite air-permeable leather
abstract The invention discloses composite air-permeable leather. The composite air-permeable leather is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 21 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 0.5-1 part of acrylic acid, 0.2-0.3 part of polyethylene wax, 3 parts of tetradecane amide propyl-hydroxypropyl sulphobetaine, 33 parts of alcohol and 41 parts of water, which are prepared into a flexible agent to carry out softening treatment on the whole leather fabric, wherein the hydroxyl silicone oil is linear polydimethylsiloxane with hydroxyl groups at the ends; a plurality of spaced grooves are dug on the surface of the leather after softening treatment, and are filled with bamboo-carbon fiber, and then a layer of cotton and hemp grids is bonded to cover the whole leather surface filled with the bamboo-carbon fiber. The composite air-permeable leather fabric disclosed by the invention is suitable for use in the high-temperature climatic environment, good air permeability and sweat permeability can also be achieved even though the composite air-permeable leather fabric is used in the high-temperature climatic environment for long time, and the compsoite air-permable leather fabric can adsorb sweat and mild sweat on the skin of a human body to keep the body temperature back to normal temperature, so that the air-permeable and sweat-adsorbing effects are really achieved and the composite air-permeable leather fabric is applicable to close-fitting use.
