abstract The present invention relates to a kind of silicon rubber based on emulsion film forming/silica infiltrating and vaporizing membrane environment-friendly preparation method thereof, belongs to technical field of membrane separation.It is characterized mainly in that: (1) water silica sol, surfactant, polysiloxanes mixing and emulsifying being prepared into water-in-oil type polysiloxane emulsion, aqueous phase droplets diameter is 1~45 μm;(2) addition catalyst, crosslinking agent are mixed to get emulsion-type casting solution, are coated on polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ultrafiltration membrane, up to silicon rubber/silica infiltrating and vaporizing membrane after drying and being crosslinked.The present invention is based on emulsion film forming technology, any organic solvent is not added in film-forming process, therefore non-volatility organic steam generates, and meets environmentally protective film theory.Obtained hybrid silicon rubber osmosis vaporization film have the characteristics that permeation flux greatly, good separating effect, stable structure suitable for the removing of low-concentration organic in water be particularly suitable for the separate low molecular alcohol from fermentation liquid.
