abstract | The invention discloses a denitration and dry desulfurization device for fume in a boiler. The device comprises a coal-fired boiler, an online fume monitoring device, an electric air inlet valve, a reaction tower, a bag-type dust collector, a main fan and a chimney. The device is characterized in that the coal-fired boiler is sequentially connected with the online fume monitoring device, the electric air inlet valve, the reaction tower, the bag-type dust collector, the main fan and the chimney. One path of the online fume monitoring device is connected with a PLC control box. The PLC control box is connected with a frequency conversion rotary feeder. An electronic spiral balance is connected to the top of the frequency conversion rotary feeder. The electronic spiral balance is connected with a discharger. The discharger is connected with a urea granule bin. A mixture generator is connected to the bottom of the frequency conversion rotary feeder. One path of the mixture generator is connected with a high pressure Roots blower, and the other path of the mixture generator is connected with a dispensing box through a pipeline. By means of the denitration and dry desulfurization device, acid gas and nitric oxide in fume produced by the coal-fired boiler can be removed, harmful pollutants such as dioxin and heavy metal in the fume can be adsorbed, fume emission on standard is achieved, and pollution to the environment is avoided. |
