The preparation method comprises the following steps: picking kudzu vine root and soybeans, removing disqualified raw materials and soil, soaking the raw materials for one hour, cutting kudzu vine root into slices; washing kudzu vine root slices and soybeans, drying, grinding, sieving the powder by a 100-mesh sieve; then mixing the screened kudzu vine root powder and soybean powder with herbal plant powder, stirring, packing the powder into bags; and placing the bags into a baking oven with a temperature of 60 DEG C for 20 minutes to carry out a disinfection treatment. The powder is prepared from kudzu vine roots and soybeans through a simple method, is a pure natural product, which does not have any side effect, is rich in nutrients, can treat diseases and enhance the immunity, and has a prominent effect on improving hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, and constipation.
