abstract | The invention relates to a cell culture medium composition containing resveratrol and silk sericin, wherein the concentration ranges of the resveratrol and the silk sericin in a culture system are as follows: resveratrol 1-100 μ M; sericin protein 1 ug/ml-100 ug/ml. The invention adds resveratrol and silk sericin into a Natural killer cell culture system, and unexpectedly finds that the resveratrol and silk sericin can improve the migration activity and killing activity of in-vitro amplified Natural killer cells (NK) derived from Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC). |
