abstract The invention relates to the fields of molecular biology and immunology, and particularly provides a construction and application method of escherichia coli Outer Membrane Vesicles (OMVs) as vaccine vectors. By means of genetic engineering, membrane proteins (shown as SEQ ID NO 1) can be used as traction to present heterologous proteins to the surface of E.coli OMVs, so that when animals are immunized by the recombinant OMVs, the OMVs can be used as vaccine vectors to induce immune responses against the heterologous proteins.
