The invention relates to an intelligent dendronized polymer, nanogel prepared from the same and a preparation method of the nanogel. The nanogel is prepared by means of controlled polymerization between the dendronized alcoxyl ether monomer and the terpyridyl monomer; specifically, the dendronized alcoxyl ether monomer has effect of providing thermosensitivity to the polymer and the terpyridyl monomer can be coordinated with metal ion to realize crosslinking of the polymer. The metal ion is added into an aqueous solution of the polymer, and thus, the nanogel is formed by crosslinking based on terpyridyl-metal coordination. The nanogel is in nanoscale, has good monodispersity, and can realize dehydrated collapse along with rise of temperature within a certain temperature interval; besides, as the nanogel is constructed with the dendronized alcoxyl ether, the nanogel has high load capacity, good biological biocompatibility, and accordingly has high application value in the field of biomedical materials. |
