abstract The invention discloses a kind of synthetic methods of novel 2- aryl -3- (4- hydroxyl -2H- pyran-2-one -3- base) indole derivatives, 2- aryl -3- (4- hydroxyl -2H- pyran-2-one -3- base) indole derivatives of the invention are replaced using 2- aryl of method one-step synthesis of multi-component reaction, a kind of new indole class compound with two kinds of heterocyclic skeletons of pyrans and indoles while 3- pyranone replace, it is with substituted benzene formyl formaldehyde, substituted aniline and 4- hydroxy pyrone are raw material, under catalyst action and microwave radiation, it is obtained by three component reaction one-step synthesis.Compared with existing benzazolyl compounds synthetic method, the reaction time of synthetic method of the invention is shorter, and condition is relatively simple.
