titleOfInvention Combined device for washing tail gas and treating waste water of low-speed diesel engine of ship
abstract The invention aims at providing a combined device for washing tail gas and treating waste water of a low-speed diesel engine of a ship. The combined device comprises a supergravity tail gas washing system and a waste water treatment system, a plasma catalytic reactor oxidizes nitric oxide, and the purpose of absorbing waste gas pollutants simultaneously is achieved. A supergravity washing tower generates a supergravity field with the intensity from hundreds of to thousands of times gravitational acceleration through high-speed rotating filler, the flow velocity of a liquid film is increased by ten times in the gravity field, the liquid film is in countercurrent or cocurent or cross current contact with gas, micromixing between a gas phase and a liquid phase is greatly reinforced, mass transfer between gas and liquid is greatly intensified, and the combined device has the advantages of being small in equipment size, small in gas phase pressure drop, convenient to mount and maintain and the like. Cooperation between the classic water treatment technology and the reverse osmosis membrane treatment technology is adopted for a waste water treatment system, and the emission stands specified in IMO related to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in waste water in the ship, the turbidity and pollutants such as nitrate and heavy metal are reached.
