titleOfInvention | Feed additive as well as preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a feed additive. The feed additive comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of lactobacillus plantarum, 40-50 parts of bafillus natto, 3-7 parts of antibacterial peptides, 1-5 parts of lactose, 7-15 parts of glucose, 0.2-1.0 part of sodium chloride and 0.5-3.0 parts of citric acid. The invention further provides a preparation method of the feed additive, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing lactobacillus plantarum powder; secondary, preparing bafillus natto powder; and then, uniformly mixing the prepared lactobacillus plantarum powder and bafillus natto powder with the antibacterial peptides, the lactose, the glucose, the sodium chloride and the citric acid according to parts by weight for later use. The invention further provides applications of the feed additive in aquaculture and ornamental-fish culture. Being applied, the feed additive is capable of reducing ammonia nitrogen and nitrite increases caused by feed remnants, so that good habitat environment is built for the cultured animals; moreover, the feed additive is capable of inhibiting growths of harmful bacteria, so that balances of intestinal floras of the cultured animals are maintained. |
