abstract | Problem of the invention is to provide a kind of glass fibre for being carried out coloring.During by the colored glass fibre using for reinforcing fiber, products formed intensity is high and appearance of molded articles is good.It is surface-treated using the surface conditioning agent containing the 1st silane coupler, plastics and surfactant, is carried out coloring treatment using the colouring agent containing the 2nd silane coupler and pigment, then colored glass fibre is obtained by washing.Further, it enables the weight sum of surface-treated layer and dyed layer is processed with respect to the mode that the weight of glass fibre turns into 0.25~1.70wt%.The colored glass fibre forms film on the glass surface using surface conditioning agent, therefore, pigment contained in colouring agent etc. will not scratch glass fibre.So, the decline of products formed intensity will not occur, also, due to being carried out coloring, the good products formed of outward appearance can be obtained. |
