abstract | The invention discloses an over 35kV integrally cast self-cooling medium-voltage bus of an inorganic composite material. The over 35kV integrally cast self-cooling medium-voltage bus comprises a conductor and an insulator, wherein the insulator coats the outside of the conductor and is prepared from the following materials in parts by volume: 65%-80% of non-metallic mineral particles SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and CaO, 8%-12% of a raw ore fire retardant Al(OH)3, 1.0%-2.0% of glass beads, namely 50% sodium dichloroisocyanate glass beads, 8%-12% of self-extinguishing type resin and 3%-6% of a hardening agent. The synthetic materials are evenly stirred and synthesized at about 50 DEG C; the conductor is placed and integrally fixed in a mold, and then preheated in a drying chamber at 30 DEG C for more than two hours; and a castable material is synthesized for casting operation. The medium-voltage bus is simple in production technology, high in insulativity, high in protection grade and energy-saving. |
