titleOfInvention High-elasticity straight-weldable polyurethane wire enamel and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to high-elasticity straight-weldable polyurethane wire enamel. The wire enamel comprises the following components: a polyester polyol resin, a polyurethane enclosed resin, nylon, a catalyst, and a solvent. The ratio of the polyester polyol resin to the polyurethane enclosed resin is determined by mole numbers of hydroxyl in polyester polyol and enclosed isocyanate in enclosed polyurethane, and the mole ratio of hydroxyl to enclosed isocyanate is from 1:1.0 to 1:1.1. The mass ratio of nylon to the sum of the polyester polyol resin and the polyurethane enclosed resin is 0-30%, and the solid content of the polyurethane wire enamel is 25-35%. An enameled wire coated with the high-elasticity straight-weldable polyurethane wire enamel is good in elasticity, and the enamel film is not fractured when the enameled wire is tensioned by 25%. The enameled wire has a cut-through temperature of 230 DEG C, and can be straight welded at 350 DEG C. The wire enamel can be easily industrialized and has bright market prospects.
