Enol compounds undergo intramolecular reduction and double bond isomerization reactions to obtain olefin compounds, olefin compounds undergo oxidation reactions and reduction reactions to obtain enol compounds, and enol compounds undergo cyclization reactions to obtain the target marine terpenoid natural product ent ‑ chromazonarol. The invention has the characteristics of few reaction steps, simple and convenient operation, good product selectivity, suitable for industrialized production and the like. |
