abstract |
The invention discloses a synthesis method of nintedanib and an intermediate thereof. The synthesis method comprises: reacting a compound of formula (II) with a compound of formula (I) under acidic conditions to generate a compound of formula (III); Remove the tert-butyl carbonate group of the compound of formula (Ⅲ), and react with base again to generate the compound of formula (Ⅴ); Basepiperazine reaction to obtain nintedanib. The invention provides a new synthesis method of nintedanib with mild reaction conditions, and also provides an intermediate for synthesizing nintedanib. |
