abstract | The invention discloses a mesocarbon microbead reinforced silicon carbide based ceramic circuit board substrate material. The silicon carbide based ceramic substrate has the beneficial effects that a green body prepared by mixing and sintering micron silicon carbide and magnesium oxide has a dense internal structure; both the sintering temperature and the sintering density are improved; the production cost is controlled; a polyethylene glycol composite solvent containing nano ceramic powder transparent liquid has strong powder wettability and bonding capacity, so that all the materials are uniformly dispersed and coated to prepare the uniformly mixed compact green body; added mesocarbon microbeads have good bonding capacity, so that the sintering density of the green body can be further improved, the porosity can be reduced and the heat conductivity of the material can be simultaneously improved; and the green body can be used for obtaining the composite ceramic substrate with high density, high heat stability and high heat conductivity at a relatively low sintering temperature and has huge application potential. |
