The soaking method comprises the steps of selenium-rich medicinal liquor formula preparation, raw material purchasing, raw material processing, medicine liquor soaking, and packaging of finished medicine liquor. Selenium-rich medicinal liquor is prepared from 50 g of pepper, 1 g of cantharides, 1 mg of selenium content in selenium malt and 1000 ml of rice wine. In the step of raw material purchasing, the selenium-rich medicinal liquor soaking number is determined at first, the purchasing quantity of each kind of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is obtained through conversion of the selenium-rich medicinal liquor formula, and different varieties are purchased. In the step of raw material processing, the purchased pepper, cantharides and selenium malt except rice wine are sorted and smashed by a screen net smashing machine with the grain diameter of 0.2 cm into medicine powder. In the step of selenium-rich medicinal liquor soaking, a special medicine liquor soaking glass bottle is adopted, the prepared medicine powder is placed into the glass bottle at first, then the rice wine is placed into the glass bottle, sealed soaking is performed for two weeks or more, and stirring or up-down reverse shaking is performed one time every day in the soaking period to enable soaking to be uniform.
