An object of the present invention is to provide a nonaqueous electrolyte solution excellent in cycle capacity retention and low-temperature resistance characteristics, and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution secondary battery using the same. An object of the present invention is to provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution having improved cycle capacity retention and low-temperature resistance characteristics, and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution battery using the nonaqueous electrolytic solution. The present invention is a non-aqueous electrolytic solution and a non-aqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery comprising the non-aqueous electrolytic solution. The non-aqueous electrolytic solution is a non-aqueous electrolytic solution comprising an electrolyte and a non-aqueous organic solvent that dissolves the electrolyte. The aqueous electrolytic solution contains a compound represented by the following formula (1). (In the formula, X represents an organic group comprising a heteroatom. Y represents a sulfur atom, a phosphorus atom or a carbon atom. n represents an integer of 1 or 2, m represents an integer of 2 to 4, and l represents an integer of 1 or 2.
