abstract | The invention relates to a high-strength water-soluble building powdery paint and a production method thereof. Coatings used currently are mostly made from plant oil, so the coatings are called oil paint, most coatings are quite harmful to the health of people, and therefore serious pollution is caused to the living environment. The high-strength water-soluble building powdery paint comprises the following components: water-soluble resin, a filling material, a curing agent, a pigment, a thickening agent, a dispersant, and an antifoaming agent. The weight part of the water-soluble resin is 2.5-10, the weight part of the filling material is 70-80, the weight part of the curing agent is 10-20, the weight part of the pigment is 0.01-8, the weight part of the thickening agent is 0.1-0.3, the weight part of the dispersant is 0.2-0.5, and the weight part of the antifoaming agent is 0.1-0.2. The method is used for producing the high-strength water-soluble building powdery paint. |
