titleOfInvention Potassium sodium niobate-based lead-free transparent ferroelectric ceramic material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a potassium sodium niobate-based lead-free transparent ferroelectric ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The general formula of the ceramic material is (1‑x)(K 0.5 Na 0.5 )NbO 3 ‑xSr(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 , where x represents the mole number of Sr(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 , and the value of x is 0.02-0.08. The invention prepares niobium with high light transmittance, optical isotropy, strong practicability and easy production through the process steps of batching, pre-calcination, ball milling, granulation, tablet pressing, pressureless sealed sintering, polishing and silver burning. The lead-free transparent ferroelectric ceramic material based on sodium potassium phosphate is simple, the preparation method is simple, the repeatability is good, and the yield is high. The experimental results show that when the value of x is 0.05, the optical transmittance of the prepared ceramic material reaches 60%-75% in the near-infrared region, and has good electrical properties, and its remanent polarization is 4.8μC/cm 2 , The coercive field is 7.4kV/cm, the maximum dielectric constant is 2104, the dielectric loss is 0.03, and the piezoelectric constant d 33 is 48pC/N.
