titleOfInvention Brewing method for pricklyash peel and radix actinidiae chinensis selenium-rich medicinal wine
abstract The invention discloses a brewing method for pricklyash peel and radix actinidiae chinensis selenium-rich medicinal wine. The method comprises the five procedures of formulating a formula for the selenium-rich medicinal wine, purchasing raw materials, processing the raw materials, brewing the medicinal wine and packaging finished medicinal wine. According to the formula formulated for the selenium-rich medicinal wine, 50 g of pricklyash peel, 1,000 g of radix actinidiae chinensis, selenium malt with the amount equivalent to 1 mg of selenium, and 1,000 ml of millet wine are adopted. According to raw material purchasing, firstly, the amount of selenium-rich medicinal wine to be brown is determined, then, the purchase quantity of each traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece is converted according to the selenium-rich medicinal wine formula, and purchasing is conducted according to varieties. According to raw material processing, except for the millet wine, the purchased pricklyash peel, the purchased radix actinidiae chinensis and the purchased selenium malt are sorted and crushed into medicine powder through a crusher with a 0.2-centimeter grain size sieve. According to selenium-rich medicinal wine brewing, the standby medicine powder is packaged into a glass bottle special for medicinal wine brewing, then the millet wine is packaged, sealed soaking is conducted for 2 weeks or above, and during brewing, stirring or vertically inverted shaking is conducted once every day so that uniform brewing can be conducted. According to finished medicinal wine packaging, when the brewing expires, filtering, deslagging, packaging and sealing are conducted, and 15-20 ml of the finished medicinal wine is drunk each time for two times every day.
