titleOfInvention Method for preparing functional cotton fabric from bivalent copper ion complexing phytic acid
abstract The invention provides a method for preparing a functional cotton fabric from bivalent copper ion complexing phytic acid. The method comprises the following steps that 1, bivalent copper ion salt is dissolved in 50 mL of water, cotton cloth is added into the water, stirring is carried out at the temperature of 60 DEG C for 30 min, and the cotton cloth is taken out and dried; 2, the treated cotton cloth is put in a phytic acid aqueous solution, and stirring is carried out at the temperature of 80 DEG C for 45 min; 3, the solution is cooled to 0-5 DEG C, and aniline is added; 4, an ammonium persulfate aqueous solution is dropwise added slowly, and standing is carried out for 30 min after dropwise adding; 5, the treated cotton fabric is taken out, washed and dried.According to the preparation technology, bivalent copper ions are used as a phytic acid adsorbent, phytic acid is enriched on the surfaces of cotton fibers, on this basis, aniline is put on the surfaces of the cotton fibers by means of in-situ polymerization, and therefore the cotton fabric has conductive and anti-flaming properties; the flocculation technology of the bivalent copper ions to phytic acid and the polyaniline in-situ chemical synthesis technology are combined, so that the washability of phytic acid is enhanced, and the conductive and anti-flaming stability and durability of the cotton fabric are improved.
