abstract The invention discloses a bactericidal composition containing isopyrazam and tiadinil and application of the bactericidal composition. The bactericidal composition takes the isopyrazam and the tiadinil as main effective components, wherein the mass ratio of the isopyrazam to the tiadinil is (1 to 70):(1 to 50). The bactericidal composition can be applied to control on cereal, fruit tree and vegetable diseases, has higher synergetic effect, and is high in sterilizing speed and long in lasting period; the insecticide resistance of germs is overcome and delayed; the application cost is reduced; the control effect of the bactericidal composition is remarkably superior to that of a single agent of the isopyrazam or the tiadinil. The bactericidal composition disclosed by the invention can be used for controlling fungi diseases on crops, and particularly can be used for controlling fungi diseases such as wheat blight, smut disease, rice blast and powdery mildew; the effect of the bactericidal composition is remarkably superior to that of the single agent.
