titleOfInvention | Colloidal gold test strip for detecting telomerase activity, kit and application |
abstract | The invention discloses a colloidal gold test strip for detecting telomerase activity, a kit and application, and belongs to the field of molecular detection. The nitrocellulose membrane in the colloidal gold test strip is provided with a hidden detection line printed by a T-DNA-streptavidin conjugate solution. According to the invention, telomerase primer P-DNA is modified on the surface of colloidal gold, and the characteristic that the nucleotide sequence of the telomerase primer extends under the catalysis of telomerase is utilized, so that the primer on the surface of the colloidal gold extends out of a repetitive sequence, and then the capture probe T-DNA modified on a detection line of colloidal gold test paper is used for capturing colloidal gold and developing color, thereby realizing the rapid detection of the activity of telomerase samples. The colloidal gold test strip and the kit for detecting telomerase activity, provided by the invention, have the advantages of low price, rapidness, simplicity, convenience, high specificity and no need of adopting complex instruments and equipment, and are used for solving the problems of complex steps, time-consuming detection, poor repeatability or the need of adopting a special detection instrument and the like in the prior art. |
