titleOfInvention Novel plywood adhesive
abstract The invention discloses a novel plywood adhesive, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5 to 1.7 parts of caprolactam, 1.5 to 2.2 parts of stannous octoate, 0.5 to 1.7 parts of phthalic anhydride, 2 to 7 parts of ammonia water, 3 to 7 parts of soybean protein isolate, 1.5 to 2.8 parts of cellulose acetate butyrate, 2.5 to 4 parts of bentonite, and 2.5 to 4 parts of nut shell powder. The adopted caprolactam has a high reaction activity and can be cured at a room temperature. The adhesive has the advantages that the adhesive film is tough, is resistant to impact, oil, and wear, and has a good flexible property; the low temperature resistant property of the adhesive is far more better than that of other adhesives; phthalic anhydride and ammonia water are added to enhance the anticorrosion effect of the adhesive; and other functional components such as stannous octoate, bentonite, cellulose acetate butyrate, and the like are added to generate a synergetic effect.
