titleOfInvention | Exterior-wall paint |
abstract | The invention discloses exterior-wall paint. The exterior-wall paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of white latex, 12-18 parts of titanium white, 2.3-4.5 parts of oxalic acid, 5-10 parts of kaolin, 3.5-7.6 parts of tetramethyl hexanal, 3.4-7.6 parts of 1,4-dithio erythritol, 1.2-3.5 parts of 4-nitroso-N,N-dimethylaniline and 2.2-4.6 parts of ethylene-chloroethylene-vinyl laurate ternary copolymerized rubber powder. Compared with the existing latex coating materials, the exterior-wall paint has the advantages that by using the rheological properties of the kaolin and the titanium white, the medium and high shear viscosity of the paint is effectively improved, and the water diversion tendency of the paint is improved; by using the efficient sterilizing performance of tetramethyl hexanal, the putrefied demulsification of the paint is effectively prevented, and the storage cycle of the paint is prolonged; and through reasonably matching 4-nitroso-N,N-dimethylaniline, the ethylene-chloroethylene-vinyl laurate ternary copolymerized rubber powder and other adjuvants, the comprehensive performance of the paint is improved, and the commercial latex paint with low cost and high performance is prepared. |
