abstract | The invention provides a novel sound insulation pipeline material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the novel sound insulation pipeline material comprises the following steps: (1) firstly mixing basalt fiber, vinyltriethoxysilane and water, slowly stirring with a glass rod, and then soaking; (2) filtering, and then putting in a drying oven for drying; (3) mixing fibers with polybutylene, polyvinyl chloride resin, polypropylene, nano titanium dioxide, geniposide, anionic polyacrylamide, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, ethyl levulinate, dioctyl phthalate, butyl benzyl phthalate, oleamide, ethylene bis stearamide and veratraldehyde, and dispersing in a low-speed dispersing machine; and (4) pouring the mixture into a mould, flattening, putting into the drying oven for drying for 20-30 minutes, and cooling, so that the novel sound insulation pipeline material is obtained. The novel sound insulation pipeline material has good sound insulation effect, is free from noise pollution and also has good mechanical properties. |
