Each spray pipe assembly is arranged on the inner upper portion of each collecting tower; each formaldehyde liquid circulating tank is arranged at the bottom of each collecting tower; the spray pipe assembly and the corresponding formaldehyde liquid circulating tank form a spray circulating pipeline through a pipe and a spray circulating pump. The collecting towers include a first collecting tower, a second collecting tower and a third collecting tower. The spray pipe assemblies include a first spray pipe assembly, a second spray pipe assembly and a third spray pipe assembly. The formaldehyde liquid circulating tanks include a first formaldehyde liquid circulating tank, a second formaldehyde liquid circulating tank and a third formaldehyde liquid circulating tank. Based on the fact that formaldehyde is easy to dissolve into water, the technique of absorbing formaldehyde and then concentrating to recycle it is provided; after being processed by the technique, low-concentration formaldehyde waste gas can be discharged on standards.
