The invention relates to an oral coating fine particle appropriate for infants and elderly patients, and a preparation method thereof. The oral solid fine particle is formed by drug containing pellets and coating layers, wherein a coating layer material is prepared from pharmaceutical polymers; the prepared fine particle diameter is 0.10 to 0.40mm, and the particle diameter is ranged from 0.12 to 0.30mm through optimization. The fine particle has the functions of masking smell, adjusting release, enhancing active ingredient stability and the like, and is particularly appropriate for the infants and the elderly patients. The fine particle can be further prepared into a dry suspension, a suspension, a capsule, a tablet, a sustained release preparation and the like. |
