abstract |
The present invention provides a polyethylene-based resin expanded particle, the polyethylene-based resin expanded particle has a storage modulus of 900Pa to 5000Pa and an angular frequency of 900Pa to 5000Pa at a medium angular frequency of 1 rad/sec measured using dynamic viscoelasticity at 190°C. A polyethylene-based resin with a storage modulus of 100,000 Pa or less at 100 rad/sec is used as the base resin, so that even in the melting curve obtained by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), the temperature range of the two endothermic peaks is narrow. It is also possible to manufacture expanded beads without impairing the productivity of resin particles serving as raw materials for preliminary expanded beads, and to manufacture polyethylene resin in-mold foamed molded products with a wide molding temperature range and good molded body appearance. |
