abstract The invention relates to a method for obtaining a sansmanycin structural analogue by utilizing mutation synthesis. The method comprises the following steps: (1) knocking out ssaX gene in wild Streptomyces sp.SS strain to obtain mutant strain; (2) fermenting the mutant strain and feeding mutant strain amino acid or amino acid analogue as mutant synthetic substrate; (3) the mutant synthesis product obtained by fermentation of the strain is recovered and purified. The invention also relates to the sansmanycin structural analogue prepared by the method and application thereof in preparing mycobacterium tuberculosis.
