abstract | The invention provides a method for extracting and purifying α -linolenic acid from linseed oil, which comprises the steps of saponifying, adding acid to adjust the pH value, extracting, concentrating for the first time, freezing and crystallizing, inclusion and impurity removal, concentrating for the second time, extracting again and concentrating for the third time to finally obtain α -linolenic acid with the purity of more than 90%, adjusting the pH value after saponification reaction to 3-4 to ensure that the gamma-linolenic acid generates stereoisomerism change and is converted into α -linolenic acid, then freezing and crystallizing to remove saturated fatty acid and lipid which cannot be synthesized, removing fatty acid with small unsaturation degree by using a thiourea inclusion method, and extracting and concentrating to obtain α -linolenic acid. |
