The invention discloses a 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene preparation method including the steps: a, in the presence of a composite catalyst, carrying out a gas phase fluorination reaction of a compound represented by the general formula of CF3-xClxCHClCHF2-yCly with hydrogen fluoride to generate 1,2,3-trichloro-1,1,3-trifluoropropane and 1,2-dichloro-1,1,3,3-tetrafluoropropane through n series-connection reactors, wherein in the compound general formula, x=1, 2 or 3, y=1 or 2, and 3<=(x+y)<=5; b, in the presence of a dehalogenation catalyst, carrying out a gas phase dehalogenation reaction of 1,2,3-trichloro-1,1,3-trifluoropropane and 1,2-dichloro-1,1,3,3-tetrafluoropropane with hydrogen gas to generate 3-chloro-1,3,3-trifluoropropene and 1,1,3,3-tetrafluoropropene; and c, in the presence of a fluorination catalyst, carrying out a gas phase fluorination reaction of 3-chloro-1,3,3-trifluoropropene and 1,1,3,3-tetrafluoropropene with hydrogen fluoride to generate 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene. The preparation method is mainly used for preparation of 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene. |
