titleOfInvention Preparation method of cigarette rod without burning tobacco by heating
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a cigarette without burning tobacco by heating, which comprises the following steps: selecting a tobacco raw material, soaking the tobacco raw material in water, filtering, and pulping the filtered tobacco to obtain tobacco pulp; preparing a tobacco substrate; selecting one or more of flue-cured tobacco, air-cured tobacco or sun-cured tobacco, and preparing tobacco essential oil by adopting a molecular distillation method; weighing 1-40 parts of tobacco essential oil, 2-20 parts of tobacco essence and 40-80 parts of atomizing agent by weight, and uniformly mixing to obtain a coating liquid; weighing the coating liquid according to 25-40% of the weight of the tobacco substrate, and spraying the coating liquid on the tobacco substrate; the tobacco substrate is prepared into a heated non-burning tobacco cigarette rod. The cigarette has full smoke and has similar smoking feeling as the traditional cigarette; meanwhile, the aroma is rich, and particularly the tobacco aroma is highlighted; has good satisfaction.
