abstract The invention discloses cordyceps militaris polypeptide and a production method thereof. The cordyceps militaris polypeptide is prepared by the following technical steps: extraction of cordyceps militaris protein, extraction of cordyceps militaris extracted residue polypeptide, activated carbon decoloration, separation and purification of the polypeptide and the like. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, cordyceps militaris extracted residues, which serve as a raw material, are enzymatically hydrolyzed so as to prepare the polypeptide, then cordyceps militaris HWM residue enzymatic hydrolysate is decolorized by virtue of activated carbon, and finally, the cordyceps militaris polypeptide is separated and purified by virtue of sephadex gel chromatography.
