The invention relates to an aluminum alloy cutting fluid which consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of polyaniline, 2-20 parts of boric acid, 1-13 parts of sodium silicate, 2-15 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 2-6 parts of benzoic acid, 3-9 parts of isopropanolamine, 1-6 parts of glycol ether, 4-8 parts of potassium tetraborate, 2-8 parts of tetramethylammonium nitrate, 1-6 parts of calcium lactate and 20-50 parts of water. The aluminum alloy cutting fluid provided by the invention can provide excellent lubricating property and cooling property required by high cutting speed and high feed rate in aluminum alloy processing while the cost is low; moreover, the aluminum alloy cutting fluid has excellent corrosion resistance and lubricating property and is pressure-resistant and very friendly to the human body and environment; and by adopting the cutting fluid in a workpiece processing process, the workpiece can be conveniently observed and monitored. |
