abstract The invention discloses a kind of two-photon lysosome polarity probes based on cumarin, Its Preparation Method And Use, wherein the structural formula of the two-photon lysosome polarity probes based on cumarin is as follows: Fluorescent probe molecule of the present invention goes out the change in fluorescence of rule due to the different manifestations of solvent polarity and not influenceed by other environmental factors (such as pH) in different solvents system.Cytotoxicity test shows that the present invention does not almost have toxic action to cell, and the experiment of two-photon fluorescence micro-imaging shows that the present invention is preferable to permeability such as Hela cells and Chinese hamster ovary celIs, suitable for intracellular targeting in lysosome and the situation of change of detection lysosome polarity.
