abstract | The invention discloses a kind of light-cured resin and hydrophilic lubrication coating and preparation method.The present invention prepares light-cured resin using polymerizable Benzophenone-type light initiator and vinylpyrrolidone monomer method of copolymerzation with cross-linking in the presence of acrylic amide crosslinking agent, and obtained photocuring hydrophilic lubrication coating is compounded by the resin.The shortcomings of small molecule light trigger residual in the coating, volatilization, migration is overcome, with excellent biological safety and compatibility, it is adaptable to medical field.There is cross-linked structure in the hydrophilic lubrication coating of the present invention, on medical catheter surface, not only adhesive force is good, and meet after water with excellent lubricity, the coefficient of friction on medical catheter surface is reduced, the adhesion of macromolecular in injury and the blood to tissue is reduced.The hydrophilic lubrication coating of the present invention is applied on medical catheter using the method for photocuring, and compared with conventional curing mode, hardening time greatly shortens, so that production efficiency is greatly improved. |
