titleOfInvention A method of extracting effective components in cape jasmine fruit through a microwave process
abstract A method of extracting effective components in cape jasmine fruit through a microwave process is disclosed. The method is characterized in that cape jasmine fruit dregs after geniposide extraction are adopted as raw materials, and the method includes steps of adding ethanol with a certain concentration, regulating to obtain a proper solid liquid ratio, performing microwave extraction to obtain ursolic acid, filtering, concentrating filtrate into diluted extract, drying under vacuum to obtain a cape jasmine fruit crude extract product, extracting with petroleum ether (at 50 DEG C) for five times with the weight of the petroleum ether being 15-18 times of the weight of the crude extract product, filtering, concentrating, adding a proper amount of water into the obtained crude extract product, suspending, adding into pretreated macroporous adsorptive resin at a speed of 3 BV/h, washing with distilled water the weight of which is 5 times of that of the resin until no color exists, eluting with an ethanol solution having a concentration of 75-85%, collecting an eluate, concentrating and drying under vacuum, adding methanol and crystallizing. The method is advantaged by being safe, nontoxic, short in consumed time, high in extraction rate and simple in process and is suitable for industrial continuous production.
