The traditional Chinese medicinal composition is prepared from, by weight, 40-60 parts of honeysuckle flower, 20-40 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 40-60 parts of Herba Taraxaci, 30-50 parts of Bunge Corydalis Herb, 50-70 parts of Radix Astragali, 40-60 parts of Hedyotis diffusa, 20-40 parts of Spica Prunellae, 20-40 parts of barbed skullcap herb, 30-50 parts of Herba Patriniae, 10-20 parts of isatis root, 10-20 parts of purslane, 10-20 parts of Weeping Forsythia, 10-20 parts of Herba Verbenae, 10-20 parts of Rabdosia rubescens, 10-20 parts of Cortex Fraxini and 10-20 parts of Calculus Bovis. A preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicinal composition comprises the following steps: decocting above raw materials in water, or weighing the raw materials according to above weight parts, washing the weighed raw materials, airing the washed raw materials, crushing the aired raw materials, and sieving the crushed raw materials by a 80-100 mesh sieve to obtain fine powder. The tail-rot disease of Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther is treated and propagation of the disease in fish shoals is inhibited through the anti-inflammation and antibiosis effects of the traditional Chinese medicinal composition.
