abstract | The present invention provides a method for isolating vesicles having a lipid bilayer membrane, which is excellent in removal efficiency of inclusions and which is less likely to be destroyed. The above method for isolating vesicles having a lipid bilayer membrane is characterized in that it includes: a complex forming step in which a biological sample containing a vesicle having a lipid bilayer membrane is bound to a vesicle that recognizes the presence of the vesicle. The solid phase carrier of the ligand of the surface antigen is contacted to form a complex of the above-mentioned vesicle and the above-mentioned solid phase carrier; the cleaning step is to clean the above-mentioned complex; the formation of the above-mentioned complex is carried out in the presence of a nonionic surfactant process and at least any one of the above-mentioned cleaning processes. |
