titleOfInvention | Large-porosity granular material with noise reduction and high-temperature fading resisting functions and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a large-porosity granular material with noise reduction and high-temperature fading resisting functions and a preparation method thereof. Raw materials including NACF fibers, spherical white vermiculite, nitrile butadiene rubber powder, aluminium silicate hollow spheres, cryolite, magnetite powder, antimony sulfide, barium sulfate, fibrous sepiolite, expanded graphite, tyre powder, diatomaceous earth and F826 adhesives are mixed evenly and put into a double-roller open rubber mixing mill to be smelted, the raw materials are molten and plastified, and the plastified materials are smashed into granules with the grain size being 8-20 meshes, so that the large-porosity granular material is obtained. The large-porosity granular material and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that after a friction plate of a brake pad is doped with the large-porosity granular material according to a certain proportion, the hardness and compactness (density) of the friction plate can be reduced effectively, and the friction plate can absorb noise generated when making contact with a brake disc during work so as to achieve the noise reduction function; and the brake pad doped with the granular material also has excellent thermal conductivity and good high-temperature fading resisting capacity. |
